This consists of Reel The Descended bust.

Betrayed by the very essence of my lineage, I was cast into the abyss, ensnared by the silvery blade of treachery, concealed beneath the enchanting cloak of deceit.

This is available in 75mm and 110mm scale. The 75mm comes with a 35mm base, and the 110mm comes with a 50mm base.
